I didn't learn leadership in a boardroom. I learned it on the front lines — managing disaster response across Virginia, leading diverse volunteer operations, and investigating scenes for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Those experiences taught me how to think under pressure, build systems that work, and lead with both empathy and precision. I carried that into the creative world — founding Humxn, Inc., a mission-driven public benefit brand supporting mental health, and running operations for a growing bullying awareness nonprofit.

Today, I bridge the gap between brand strategy and operational excellence. Whether it's launching 150+ products, directing creative campaigns, or building multi-channel marketing systems — I bring the same rigor I learned in emergency management to everything I build.
